At Daibo Fresh Eats LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality raw meal kits, dog subscription boxes, and merchandise for pet lovers and their dogs. Because many of our products are perishable and made fresh, we have specific return and refund guidelines to protect product quality and safety.


Fresh Eats Raw Meal Kits Policy

Due to the perishable nature of raw pet food products, all Fresh Eats meal kit sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Raw meal kits
  • Frozen meats
  • Refrigerated products
  • Supplements or food add-ons

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
  • Unsafe due to shipping issues

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Products must be stored properly immediately upon delivery. Daibo Fresh Eats LLC is not responsible for spoilage caused by:

  • Delayed opening of packages
  • Improper refrigeration/freezing
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Carrier delays outside our control

Doggy Fun Box Subscription Policy

Doggy Fun Boxes are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless canceled by the customer.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected plan frequency.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened treats
  • Chews
  • Used toys
  • Seasonal/customized items

If your box arrives damaged or contains defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.


Merchandise Return Policy

We accept returns on unused merchandise items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible merchandise includes:

  • Shirts
  • Hats
  • Tote bags
  • Koozies
  • Accessories
  • Other non-perishable branded items

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable food products
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Subscription boxes already shipped

Shipping Issues

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Daibo Fresh Eats LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Carrier shipping delays
  • Weather-related delivery disruptions
