Thank you for shopping with Daibo Fresh Eats LLC! We are committed to safely delivering fresh raw meal kits, Doggy Fun Boxes, and merchandise directly to your door.


Order Processing Times

Fresh Eats Raw Meal Kits

Because our raw meal kits are freshly prepared, orders require processing time before shipment or delivery.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for preparation and processing
  • Orders are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and quality
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships

Doggy Fun Boxes

Subscription boxes generally ship:

  • Between the 1st–10th of each month
  • Tracking information will be emailed once shipped

Merchandise Orders

Merchandise orders typically process within:

  • 3–5 business days

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on product type, location, and shipping requirements.


Raw Food Shipping & Delivery

Fresh Eats meal kits are carefully packaged using insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Important Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate shipping address
  • Bringing packages inside immediately upon delivery
  • Refrigerating or freezing products promptly

Because raw food is perishable:

  • We recommend someone be available to receive the package
  • We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed retrieval after delivery confirmation

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

Some raw food products may have shipping limitations depending on weather conditions or carrier restrictions.


Local Delivery & Pickup (Optional Section)

Local delivery may be available in select Florida areas.

Delivery dates and times will be coordinated after order confirmation.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions after their order is ready.


Shipping Rates

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • 24 hours for raw food orders
  • 7 days for merchandise or subscription boxes

  • Photos of the package and products
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Weather & Carrier Delays

Daibo Fresh Eats LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Holidays
  • Events outside our control

During extreme temperatures, shipping schedules may be adjusted to protect product quality.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Additional shipping fees due to returned packages
  • Lost packages caused by address errors
